# Guided Setup

Quick start configuration for principal strategies

Guided Setup is driven by a series of questions to assist you in thinking about the key design decisions of a Hydra Vision strategy.

Every version of Hydra Vision has its own questions, and these can change over time as we develop the capabilities further.

Click on <mark style="color:$primary;">`New`</mark> from the Setfile Vault and select  <mark style="color:$primary;">`Guided Setup`</mark> .

Questions are either a Yes/No answer or a List selection. Take your time to review the question before answering, and if required you can move backwards and forwards through the questions before finalizing.

After confirmation, name your setfile and create, it will be added to your vault, with a newly created version 1.

The setfile will automatically be loaded for your review. Inputs requiring manual entry will be set to the default. Typically these include step sizes, volume, risk zones and so on.&#x20;
